The role
The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Director will contribute to and execute Teach For All's global recruitment and onboarding strategy across 25+ countries, focusing on full-cycle talent acquisition and the cultivation of a seamless, globally-integrated onboarding experience.
What you'll do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment process across all regions
- Proactively build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, network partners, and professional associations
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the global onboarding journey
- Act as super-user and administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Work closely with People Operations team to ensure smooth transitions
