The role

Supporting managers across three London sites, with a focus on sickness absence and employee relations casework, including managing caseloads, providing practical advice, and supporting ER cases.

What you'll do

Managing short and long-term sickness absence cases
Coaching and advising managers through absence, return-to-work and formal processes
Managing Occupational Health referrals, reasonable adjustments and phased returns
Supporting ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability and probation
Preparing letters, case documentation and supporting formal meetings
Maintaining accurate case records and providing regular updates on progress and risks

What it takes

Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience
Proven experience managing sickness absence cases
Good working knowledge of employment law and HR policies
Confidence advising and influencing managers
Strong organisation and case management skills
CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent HR advisory experience
