The role
Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day employee and manager needs, assist with the employee lifecycle, performance and talent management, and organizational initiatives. The role involves collaboration with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders across the organization and may also provide exposure to other Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Diversity, Inclusion & Learning.

- Assist with aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Support HRBPs in responding to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies
- Assist with performance and talent management processes
- Assist with HRBP-led organizational initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, communications, tracking tools, and other materials

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management or related field
- At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
