Support the Human Resources (HR) processes in 21 countries of intervention, focusing on payroll and compensation management, and provide technical support to HR staff in the field.
What you'll do
- Support the deployment and revision of payroll and compensation processes
- Accompany HR managers in formalizing their HR system parameter requests
- Support country offices in formalizing their payroll processes and monitoring them
