The role
Support Solutions Architects in customer discovery, solution design, pilot delivery, and customer adoption. Participate in customer workshops, gather requirements, and support Agile solution delivery. Act as a technical communication bridge for Russian-speaking customers and prepare datasets, subscriptions, and platform resources for demonstrations and pilot projects.
What you'll do
- Support Solutions Architects in customer discovery, solution design, pilot delivery, and customer adoption
- Participate in customer workshops by gathering requirements, documenting outcomes, coordinating follow-up actions, and supporting Agile solution delivery
- Act as the technical communication bridge for Russian-speaking customers throughout workshops, pilots, and ongoing engagements
- Prepare customer datasets, subscriptions, collections, and Planet platform resources for demonstrations and pilot projects
- Support engineers and architects with solution validation, testing, technical troubleshooting, and customer onboarding
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, customer demonstrations, technical training, and regional onsite engagements
What it takes
- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited university in GIS, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, Geography, or a related field
- Familiarity with GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, ENVI, or similar tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience supporting customer workshops, gathering requirements, and working directly with end users
- Experience using AI tools for productivity, coding, and rapid prototyping
- Solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with customers and technical teams
