The role
Nava is hiring two Workday Administrators to support and evolve their Workday environment, focusing on building and configuring Business Processes, administering security changes, and performing data audits and reconciliations.
What you'll do
- Build and configure Business Processes, condition rules, and notifications
- Administer approved Workday security changes
- Build and maintain standard and custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
- Perform recurring data audits, validation, and reconciliation
- Support data loads and mass data updates
- Monitor Workday releases and delivered functionality
What it takes
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience
- Workday certification in HCM
- Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes
- Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
