The role

The VP, Permanency will direct and manage all program activities, services, and performance outcomes for EMPOWER’s Community Based Care program in Metroplex East. This role oversees clinical and administrative functions, develops department budgets, and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding foster care and family reunification. The position involves high-level collaboration with judicial, legal, law enforcement, and child protective services stakeholders to support child safety and well-being. The VP provides leadership and professional development to staff while advocating for culturally sensitive practices within the organization.
