The Deputy Director of Programs (DDP) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing program design, grant management, and monitoring and evaluation for the IRC's operations in Nigeria. The DDP serves as a key member of the Senior Management Team, driving strategy development and ensuring high-quality, data-driven humanitarian programming. The role involves managing technical teams, fostering cross-sectoral collaboration, and representing the organization to external stakeholders and donors. The position is based in Abuja and requires extensive experience in managing emergency and development programs.
