The role
The Manager, Leadership Operations supports the CEO and executive leadership team by coordinating board engagement and governance activities, providing administrative support, leading special projects, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

- Coordinate all aspects of Winrock board meetings

What it takes
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of progressive experience supporting executive leaders and teams, including at least 2 years working directly with Boards of Directors
- Previous experience as board liaison or governance professional in a complex, global organization
- International development experience highly desirable
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
