The role

The Chief of Party (COP) / Project Director serves as the senior-most leadership position for large-scale, donor-funded development and humanitarian programs. This role provides strategic direction, technical guidance, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement across complex multi-sector environments. As a talent pipeline position, the incumbent will be prepared to lead programs that ensure organizational mission alignment, operational excellence, and high-level donor compliance.
