The role
The UNFPA Internship Program offers selected outstanding students the opportunity to acquire direct exposure to UNFPA areas of work for a period of 4 months, supporting youth-focused programmes and communication activities.
What you'll do
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of youth-focused programmes, trainings, campaigns, and events
- Contribute to the development of training materials, presentations, reports, concept notes, and other programme documents
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, consultations, and capacity-building activities within Youth Network
- Support communication and outreach activities for UNFPA Uzbekistan, including social media content creation, event promotion, and visibility initiatives
- Prepare at least 6 communication materials about UNFPA activities (e.g., human interest stories, social media content, success stories)
- Take part in trainings and meetings organized by UNFPA CO for its employees
