The role
The Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Impetus' volunteering programme and pro bono initiatives, ensuring high-quality engagement opportunities are maintained and developed.
What you'll do
- Account manage relationships linked to volunteering across corporates, individuals and grant-making trusts
- Support or lead meetings with funders to understand their volunteering interests
- Support account managers in ensuring consistent donor engagement throughout annual giving cycles
- Contribute to the development of the volunteering function
- Identify and suggest new volunteering opportunities based on charity needs and funder interests
- Lead delivery of the mentoring programme
