The role

World Vision International Nepal’s one-year Traineeship Program provides fresh Nepali graduates with practical work experience, professional development, and opportunities to contribute to WVI Nepal’s work while gaining valuable skills and experience for their future careers.

What you'll do

  • Collect data in the right form and gather information for monitoring and prepare reports.
  • Support MEAL specialist in organizing training and orientation for partner MEAL staff.
  • Analyze monitoring data entered by partner MEAL staff and provide timely feedback.
  • Support in research and good practices evidence gathering.
  • Work with sector specialists to gather and collate information from field offices.
  • Support in organizing MEAL events and learning sharing events.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, social science, or relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of community-led development work.
  • Basic understanding of design, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Basic knowledge on disaster management related matters.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
