The role
The Sr. Human Resources Associate (MHD) will provide comprehensive support to the effective delivery of human resources services, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and HR reporting.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive support to the effective delivery of human resources services
- Coordinate and administer recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, leave and attendance monitoring, performance management support, staff development activities, HR reporting and documentation
- Support the timely and consistent implementation of HR processes
- Provide guidance to staff and managers on standard HR matters
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems data
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows to meet the operational needs of the office

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field with four (4) years of relevant professional experience
- High School diploma with six (6) years of relevant experience
