The role
The Senior Service Manager will lead and manage staff and volunteers within Anew's accommodation and support services, focusing on promoting excellence, developing funding streams, and enhancing the caring and empowering culture of the organization.
What you'll do
- Provide leadership, management and support to the team
- Ensure the ongoing implementation of Anew’s Strategic Plan and annual KPIs
- Manage and develop the range of Day Services
- Recruit staff as required
- Ensure regular team meetings are held
- Lead assessments to review and continually improve the model of service delivery
What it takes
- Honours degree in Social Care, Social Work or a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years management experience
- A minimum of 5 years working in a residential, parent unit and/or homeless facility
- Experience of successful development, management, implementation and evaluation of complex project plans
- Excellent communications skills
- Project management skills
