The role
Per Scholas is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development - Critical Infrastructure & Advanced Manufacturing to lead the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional resources for training pathways related to critical infrastructure, data centers, and advanced manufacturing environments. The role is remote with 2 days per month at Per Scholas site visit; NYC or ATL preferred.
What you'll do
- Lead the development, revision, and maintenance of curriculum, assessments, labs, instructor resources, and learner-facing materials
- Translate technical concepts into clear, job-relevant learning experiences
- Maintain ongoing oversight of materials to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support successful implementation
- Utilize technology and media to develop dynamic and engaging curriculum content
- Design learning activities that support learner understanding and instructor usability
What it takes
- 1-3 years of experience working in critical infrastructure, data centers, and/or advanced manufacturing facilities
- Demonstrated experience developing successful training programs
- Deep understanding of common equipment found in highly automated facilities
- Significant experience with safety requirements in environments requiring maintenance on high energy systems
- Strong background working with SOPs/MOPs/EOPs
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems
