The role
The Senior Manager, Food Data and Research will lead data management, modelling, and analysis to support urban food systems action, working closely with the Food Team and other relevant C40 Programs.
What you'll do
- Support the food team in collecting, maintaining, analysing and reporting on key data
- Lead the data collection, analysis, and visualisation for the development of the bi-annual Accelerator Report
- Support internal data management on food systems for Climate Action Planning
- Conduct primary research and day-to-day analytics using Excel, R, and/or Python
- Develop new modelling tools, practices, and methodologies to estimate impacts
- Provide analytical support to cities and C40 staff
