The Senior HR Technology Product Manager at Stand Together will serve as the strategic technology partner for the organization’s broader people technology landscape, working alongside HR Leadership and IT to shape platform strategy, improve system health, and ensure HR technology decisions are made with intention and architectural rigor.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary IT partner for HR technology, connecting HR leadership and Enterprise IT to build a shared platform strategy and roadmap
- Assess and stabilize the current state of the HR technology ecosystem, identifying gaps, clarifying ownership, and building a clear path forward
- Define and maintain clear point-of-view (POV) documentation for HR systems and the broader technology landscape
- Establish and run a single intake and prioritization model for HR technology work, ensuring the roadmap reflects the right priorities across HR and IT stakeholders
