The role
Think of Us is seeking a mission-driven, operationally strong senior leader to serve as Senior Director of Direct Services, providing programmatic and operational oversight of TOU’s direct services work across two teams: the Care Navigation team and the Beta Team.
What you'll do
- Provide direct supervisory oversight of the Senior Manager of Care Navigation and the Senior Manager of the Beta Team
- Set and sustain a shared leadership culture across both teams
- Ensure programmatic accountability for service quality, team performance, and outcome achievement
- Create alignment between the two teams
- Partner with the Executive in Residence to translate frontline learning and operational insights into organizational strategy
- Represent the direct services portfolio in cross-functional leadership conversations
What it takes
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in child welfare, social services, or related fields
- At least 3-4 years of senior program leadership experience
- Personal or professional experience with the child welfare system
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to connect frontline practice to data insights
- Comfortable with complex, multi-program environments
