The role
Axios is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to manage and scale their CRM, reporting, and analytics capabilities, focusing on Salesforce administration, reporting, and data management.
What you'll do
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for Salesforce Media Cloud
- Partner with Revenue Strategy & Enablement, Revenue Operations, and sales leadership
- Build and optimize a Salesforce environment
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring analyses
- Support data migration and ongoing data management
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows
What it takes
- 1-2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or sales analytics
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or plans to obtain within the first year
- Experience building flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and custom objects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and data management best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
