The role
Responsible for managing the administrative human resources and payroll of international field staff and headquarters employees, including strategic HR initiatives, administration, payroll, mobility, and legal matters.
What you'll do
- Participate in defining and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Manage administrative HR, payroll, international mobility, and legal matters
- Supervise team members and manage budget
- Handle individual and collective labor law issues
- Prepare and organize elections and respond to labor law requests

What it takes
- Bachelor's or higher degree in HR or equivalent (BAC +3 to BAC +5)
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a generalist HR or Administration of Personnel role
- Experience in the humanitarian sector

- Strong administrative HR and labor law management skills
- Team management and budget management experience
