The role

Lead the delivery of data center projects across a regional portfolio, hire and lead senior delivery managers, and manage relationships with developers, GCs, and owner's-rep partners.

What you'll do

• Lead the delivery of data center projects across a regional portfolio.
• Hire, develop, and lead the Senior Delivery Managers on those sites.
• Own portfolio execution for the region, including schedule, quality, and safety outcomes.
• Drive ownership and influence both inside and outside contractual structures.
• Set and enforce delivery standards across projects.
• Identify and clear early blockers across developer, GC, and trade layers.

What it takes

• 10+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction, including several as the owner's or GC's senior leader on a project campus.
• Led a multi-project portfolio and built the team that delivered it.
• End-to-end development process knowledge — entitlements and permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Managed developer, GC, and third-party relationships at the executive level.
• Lead through presence, with a significant portion of time spent on-site.
• Clear communication with technical and non-specialist stakeholders.
