The role
Médecins Sans Frontières en Suisse is seeking a Référent et Administrateur Fonctionnel SIRH – LIGO RUN to support the administration and maintenance of the LIGO/Workday system, ensuring data quality and governance, and contributing to the governance of the shared tenant.
What you'll do
- Administer and maintain the structural elements of LIGO/Workday relevant to OCG’s perimeter
- Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability, and good governance of structured data in Workday
- Support functional levels 0, 1, 2, and 3 on subjects related to functional administration, references, organizations, positions, roles, functional security, and structured data
- Contribute to the governance of the shared tenant, including the definition and documentation of common functional administration rules
What it takes
- Significant experience in functional administration SIRH, ideally in a Workday HCM environment
- Good understanding of HR operational processes and associated structured data
- Experience in application support, post Go Live maintenance, or management of functional evolution
- Experience in the administration of organizations, references, positions, roles, or security rules in an integrated SIRH
- Experience in a multi-entity, mutualized or shared environment is highly appreciated
- Strong sensitivity to data quality, functional security, and system governance
