The role
Perform laboratory testing procedures and interpret results on blood products, ensuring quality and release for distribution. Work in a highly regulated environment, prioritize workload, and participate in problem-solving activities.
What you'll do
- Perform moderate to high complexity laboratory testing procedures
- Identify and quarantine products/samples that don’t meet quality requirements
- Meet production and testing goals

What it takes
- Associate degree in science, or Bachelor’s degree in an applied science
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Ability to use lab or medical equipment, personal computer, and applicable software
- Ability to work with a team
- MLT (ASCP) or MT(ASCP) certification is a plus
- Physical requirements: standing, stretching, stooping, and bending for extended periods
