The role
Provide HR partnering support across the organisation, advising managers on employee relations matters and helping improve people processes, systems and leadership capability.
What you'll do
- Partner with managers and senior leaders on HR advice and coaching
- Lead on employee relations cases (grievance, disciplinary, investigations, performance)
- Support engagement, culture and organisational development initiatives
- Improve HR policies, processes and performance frameworks
- Develop HR systems (Breathe HR), reporting and people analytics
- Support payroll, HR administration and workforce planning
What it takes
- CIPD Level 5 (or above)
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role
- Strong employee relations experience
- Experience supporting change and developing managers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- HR systems and reporting experience (Breathe HR desirable)
