What you'll do
- Monitor Health, Safety, and Residential Conditions
- Provide Personalized Overnight Assistance
- Help Individuals Begin Their Day
- Complete Records and Coordinate With Your Team
What it takes
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) motor vehicle points
- Ability to remain awake, attentive, and actively engaged for the entire 11:00 PM–9:00 AM shift
- Ability to work independently and exercise appropriate judgment when responding to emergencies or unexpected situations
- Strong reliability, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work required weekend shifts
