The role
The Operations Assistant works with the Operations team to support day-to-day business operations and related administrative responsibilities for IRC’s offices in Florida, including fleet management, IT, vendor procurement, and office inventory tracking.
What you'll do
- Support Operations team with fleet management, vendor relations, and safety & security as needed
- Support Operations team with paying office expenses, troubleshooting IT equipment/services, and maintaining office equipment inventory
- Work with HR Manager to assist with equipment dispersal and other related onboarding tasks
- Provide coverage for front desk operations to ensure clients and stakeholders are adequately served
- Work closely with Operations team to support facility renovations, moves, and related tasks
- Assist with maintaining office supplies, processing office supply requests, and managing inventory
What it takes
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years’ experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven organizational experience
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to effectively communicate and work as a team member
