What you'll do
- Oversee and support the referral processes across delivery partners to ensure they are accessible, responsive and effective.
- Provide operational guidance and support to delivery partners.
- Support a culture of continuous learning by undertaking Quality Assurance review, sharing insights, good practice and emerging opportunities.
- Support the Programme Director in monitoring impact, performance and achieving programme outcomes.
- Support quality assurance processes such as case audits, observations and learning reviews.
- Promote high standards of data integrity and ensure data protection requirements are met.
