Legal Fellow, Abortion Criminal Defense Initiative

The role

The ACLU is seeking a Legal Fellow for the Abortion Criminal Defense Initiative (ACDI) to support criminal defense attorneys representing individuals facing abortion-related investigations. The Fellow will assist with legal research, advocacy strategies, public education materials, and cross-departmental collaboration. This two-year fellowship role is designed to help defend reproductive healthcare access in the wake of the reversal of Roe v. Wade.
