Managing Attorney

The role

The Managing Attorney will oversee immigration legal services at IRC-NY, including the Pro Se Assistance Program and the immigration legal services program. This role involves supervising a team of legal practitioners, managing program strategy, grant cycles, and budgets, and ensuring high-quality direct representation for humanitarian migrants. The position requires a collaborative leader to work closely with community partners, local leadership, and the HQ Legal Services Technical Unit.
