Legal Fellow

The role

The ACLU is seeking a Legal Fellow to join the State Supreme Court Initiative to work on constitutional litigation and advocacy projects. The fellow will focus on identifying and briefing cases of constitutional importance, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings to expand access to justice. This is a one- to two-year fellowship opportunity for rising third-year law students or recent law graduates.
