Legal Fellow
The role
The ACLU is seeking a Legal Fellow for a two-year sponsored fellowship within the Immigrants' Rights Project to challenge unconstitutional deportation and immigration enforcement tactics. The fellow will engage in complex litigation, develop legal strategies, and conduct advocacy to hold federal enforcement officers accountable for rights violations. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact civil liberties cases while collaborating with national departments and state affiliates.
