Knowledge and Learning Manager

The role

The Knowledge and Learning Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the program's knowledge management and learning systems.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the program's Knowledge Management and Learning (KML) Strategy and Plan
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptive management
• Lead the development and quality assurance of technical content and evidence base for knowledge products
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaborative learning among stakeholders
• Collaborate with MERL, communications, and technical teams to prepare and disseminate knowledge products
• Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives

What it takes

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, International Development, or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, MERL, education, or international development programs
• Strong understanding of knowledge management, policy development and implementation, organizational learning, adaptive management, and evidence utilization
• Experience in the education sector and familiarity with the Philippine education context
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable knowledge products
• Experience in managing knowledge management and learning functions in donor-funded development programs
