The role
An experienced IT Support Team Leader is needed to lead a small support team and drive service improvements in a growing organization undergoing significant investment in its IT infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the IT Support function
- Managing and mentoring a team of IT Support Engineers
- Overseeing incident, problem and change management activities
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of an ITSM helpdesk and change management platform
- Maintaining and supporting Microsoft Azure environments and infrastructure
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to improve IT processes
What it takes
- Proven experience in an IT Support Team Leader, Service Desk Team Leader or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices
- Experience implementing or supporting ITSM/helpdesk platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Experience working within a regulated environment with a strong understanding of security, device management and access controls
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
