The role

The Economic Commission for Africa is seeking an International Consultant to conduct a market readiness assessment and develop a roadmap for non-interest capital markets (NICMs) in Rwanda. The consultant will assess regulatory frameworks, draft guidelines for Shariah compliance, and identify risk mitigation strategies. What you'll do
