The role
The Innovation Manager supports the Director of Innovation to execute core parts of the innovation strategy by embedding improved delivery practices and test-and-learn capabilities across Impact on Urban Health.
What you'll do
- Work with the Director of Innovation to identify areas for change or improvement within the organisation
- Lead cross-functional project teams to implement changes
- Develop prototypes or pilot programmes to test the feasibility and impact of proposed changes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate the impact of implemented changes
What it takes
- A good knowledge of agile development, testing and prototyping, feedback loop creation and other relevant design methodologies
- Experience launching new programmes of work and trialling new approaches and projects
- Experience of managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and teams
- Experience of facilitating meetings with colleagues from a range of different teams
