The role
IDB Invest is seeking an Information Technology Officer or Senior Officer to support daily IT operations, participate in key technology projects, and help modernize the organization’s digital ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Support the adoption and integration of low-code, asset-light, and commercial off-the-shelf solutions
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions
- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of development best practices
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
- Manage end-to-end SaaS solutions
- Coordinate and monitor daily IT operations
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
- Cloud Architecture certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect)
- IT Service Management & Governance certifications (e.g., PSM, Certified ScrumMaster, ITIL 4, COBIT 2019)
- Experience in IT operations, cloud-based systems implementation, business analysis, or digital transformation
- Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
- Experience with process analysis and workflows, and familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques
