The role
Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of OCA’s Indirect Procurement framework to strengthen procurement effectiveness, compliance, value for money, risk management, and sustainable procurement practices.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of OCA’s Indirect Procurement framework
- Provide procurement expertise, guidance, and day-to-day support to internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure procurement meets MSF standards
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures related to OCA’s indirect procurement
- Ensure all suppliers used by MSF OCA have been properly vetted according to approved MSF standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for MSF OCA and maintain strong collaboration with the Global Procurement Unit

- Educational background in procurement, supply chain, or business administration
- At least 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in an international organization
- Experience with sourcing strategies, negotiation, stakeholder management, process improvements, contract management, change management, and project management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Resilient and flexible to adapt to a wide range of stakeholders with different levels of procurement maturity
- Excellent command of the English language
