The role
The Human Resources Manager-Sudan will lead and coordinate the HR function within the country programme, ensuring effective and timely HR support to registered NGOs operating in Sudan.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement the country HR plan with SMT and technical leads
- Oversee compliant and timely national and international recruitment
- Implement and monitor HR policies, regulations and procedures
- Lead national onboarding and coordinate international onboarding with HQ
- Coordinate performance reviews and follow up on completion
- Manage HRIS, HR records and data accuracy

- Minimum 5 years of HR work experience, at least 2 of which should be with an NGO or international organisation
- Strong experience in employment law and employee relations
- 2+ years of direct line management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with database management
