The role

What it takes

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Human Resources Partner or other certification in Human Resources is desirable
A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, administrative services or related area
Experience in the implementation of human resources policies, regulations and rules in the United Nations common system
Experience in the use of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP (UMOJA) or equivalent
Experience in staff administration using Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desirable
