The role
The American Red Cross is seeking a full-time Hero Care Center Caseworker to work on the third shift, 40 hours per week, from 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, on a rotating day schedule that includes weekends and holidays. This role involves interviewing callers, coordinating requests for service, and composing and delivering emergency communication messages.
