The role
The Floating REAC/Maintenance Associate supports inspection readiness efforts and physical condition of properties for over 100 Enterprise-managed communities in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania.
What you'll do
- Conduct pre-REAC inspections and assist with documentation under NSPIRE standards.
- Provide hands-on maintenance support at assigned properties.
- Support the REAC and Inspections, Sr. Associate in identifying and addressing physical deficiencies prior to HUD or agency inspections.
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily housing maintenance, construction, or facilities operations preferred
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal Certification
- Demonstrated ability to perform general maintenance tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
