The role

The Senior Biodiversity and Natural Capital Specialist will work with the Biodiversity and Natural Capital Unit (BNC) of the Climate and Sustainability Department (CSD) at IDB, focusing on Brazil and the broader Latin America and Caribbean region, particularly the Amazon. The role involves strategic dialogues, developing new operations, leading technical and operational support, and collaborating across departments.

What it takes

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English, both spoken and written
