What you'll do
- Elaboration and review of technical inputs necessary for the execution of the project's institutional strengthening route.
- Support in designing and structuring a protocol aimed at promoting inclusive environments free from prejudice-based violence.
- Technical and on-site support for identifying barriers to access services (and economic opportunities) by OSIGD population in prioritized territories.
- Preparation and consolidation of technical reports on the accompaniment provided to dialogue, social deliberation, and collaborative governance spaces.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of general experience and at least 2 years of experience that includes: community accompaniment or institutional strengthening related to citizen participation or incident-based social dialogue.
- Experience in gender focus, sexual diversities (OSIGD), human rights programs, etc.; experience working with OSIGD population on entrepreneurship is an advantage.
