The role
FMI is seeking an Engagement Manager to join its growing Energy & Power team, leading multi-workstream client programs and managing internal project teams.
What you'll do
- Lead internal project teams across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate interdependent workstreams and manage resources
- Participate in scoping process with FMI Partners and clients
- Develop and align the client engagement plan
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
- Drive all aspects of program delivery

- 5–8 years of consulting experience, including at least 3 years in consulting and 2+ years focused specifically on energy and power
