The role

FMI is seeking an Engagement Manager to join its growing Energy & Power team, leading multi-workstream client programs and managing internal project teams.

What you'll do

  • Lead internal project teams across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate interdependent workstreams and manage resources
  • Participate in scoping process with FMI Partners and clients
  • Develop and align the client engagement plan
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive all aspects of program delivery

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • 5–8 years of consulting experience, including at least 3 years in consulting and 2+ years focused specifically on energy and power
  • Direct experience with major capital project management
