The role

The Norwegian Refugee Council is seeking a Donor Journey & Lifecycle Specialist to manage donor engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role involves designing, optimizing, and analyzing donor journeys across multiple markets including Norway, Sweden, Germany, and the USA. The specialist will focus on improving retention, growth, and data-driven decision-making for private fundraising.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement donor journeys and content products across multiple markets.
  • Build, operationalize, and optimize campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Analyze metrics and contribute to the development of key business indicators.
  • Identify and test journeys for onboarding, lapsing donations, and stewardship.
  • Provide predictive and descriptive models for marketing automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead innovation and improvement tasks.

What it takes

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and donor journeys.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present results.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Understanding of data modeling and data design.
