- At least four years’ experience in data engineering and CIS systems design at a major CIS company
- Experience in the determination of current and future CIS needs and in monitoring the performance of CIS systems in a large organization
- University Degree in computer science, engineering disciplines, statistics or similar numerate discipline, operations research, information technology, information systems engineering, business administration, quality engineering or related discipline and 2 years function related experience
- Fluency in English - SLP 3333
- Leadership experience at Battalion level or equivalent
- Experience in enterprise IT governance
