The role
Support the Human Resources (HR) processes in 21 countries of intervention, focusing on payroll and compensation management, and assist in the management and follow-up of national HR resources.
What you'll do
- Support the deployment and revision of payroll and compensation processes
- Accompany HR managers in formalizing their HR system parameter requests
- Support country offices in formalizing their payroll processes and monitoring them
- Provide technical support for HR management tools in intervention countries
- Support the management and follow-up of national HR resources
- Support the creation and updating of personnel administration frameworks

- Bachelor's degree in HR or payroll
- Experience in an international NGO
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, social charges, and tax calculations
- Ability to identify and analyze HR issues and provide recommendations
