The role
Supporting the Human Resources (HR) processes, particularly payroll and compensation, for 21 countries of intervention, including process deployment, parametrization, and administrative tool support.
What you'll do
- Support the deployment and revision of payroll and compensation processes
- Accompany HR managers in formalizing their HR system parameter requests
- Support country offices in formalizing their payroll processes and monitoring them
- Provide technical support for HR management tools in intervention countries
- Support the management and monitoring of national HR resources
- Support the updating of personnel administration tools
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in HR or payroll
- 3-4 years of experience in an international NGO
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, social charges, and tax calculations
- Experience with Homère and NIBELIS payroll software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
